Class Descriptions:

Yoga Fusion – This class blends flow yoga sequences with resistance training and cardio burst segments. It is designed to increase aerobic capacity along with muscular strength and endurance. Although it is meant to be a challenging fitness class, intensity variations will be offered for all levels, allowing participants to work at their own pace.

Lunchtime Yoga Reset – This class infuses yoga, Pilates, resistance training and cardio burst segments. It offers exercise progressions to challenge participants at all levels, increasing aerobic capacity along with muscular strength and endurance. It is designed to connect the mind and body, strengthen the core, improve balance and posture, increase strength and flexibility, as well as reduce stress and restore energy. Although it is meant to be a challenging fitness class, intensity variations will be offered for all levels, allowing participants to work at their own pace.
